新型双β-二酮类螯合剂BPMOPH的酸离解常数及两相分配系数测定

摘要: 本文用混合溶剂的pH电位滴定法测定了新型β-二酮类整合剂1,6-双(1′-苯基-3′-甲基-5′-氧代吡唑-4′-基)己二酮-[1,6](BPMOPH或H2A)在不同二氧六环含量(x)时的酸离解常数(Ka),由回归分析法建立Ka与x的关系式,并通过外推,求出新试剂在纯水中的酸离解常数: pKa1=4.50±0.02;pKa2=5.42±0.05 (I=0.10;t=30.0±0.5℃) 本文对两相滴定法作了进一步的推广应用,推导出用两相滴定法测定H2A型弱酸两相分配系数(Kd)的计算公式,并用两相滴定法测得螯合剂BPMOPH在七种有机溶剂与水相间的两相分配系数,用Hildebrand正规溶液理论解释了实验结果,进而建立了溶度参数(δ)与两相分配系数的关系式: logKd=log(1000d/M)+3.08-0.612(δ-9.76)2式中d,M分别为溶剂的密度和分子量。

Abstract: The acid dissociation constants of l,6-bis(1'-phenyl-3'-methyl-5'-oxo-pyrazole-4'-yl) hexanedione-[1,6] (BPMOPH or H2A) have been determined in the presence of 0.1mol·l-1 NaNO3 and varying amounts of dioxane.The values of Ka in water are obtained via extrapol-ing to zero amount of dioxane. pKa1=4.50±0.02;pKa2=5.42±0.05 An expression has been formulated for determination of two-phase distribution coefficient (Kd) of the type of H2A weak acid by the method of two-phase titration. The values of Kd of BPMOPH between seven organic solvents and water have been determined. The results arc interpreted with the HILDEBRAND theory of regular solution. Thus an expression of solubility parameters and two-phase distribution coefficients is established to be logKd=log(1000d/M)+3.08-0.612(δ-9.76)2where d,M andδrepresent the density,molecular weight and solubility parameter of the solvent,respectively.
