BaB2O4—CdO和BaB2O4—ZnO二元系相图的研究
STUDY ON PHASE DIAGRAM OF BINARY SYSTEM BaB2O4-ZnO AND BaB2O4-CdO

摘要: 本文用差热分析和X射线衍射方法测定了BaB2O4-CdO和BaB2O4-ZnO二元系相图。在BaB2O4-CdO体系中存在着一新化合物BaCdB2O5,在785±3℃同成份熔化。在BaB2O4-ZnO体系中,由包晶反应形成一新化合物BaZn3B2O7,反应温度为903±3℃。在富BaB2O4区形成一个宽的低温相BaB2O4固溶区。研究结果表明,用Zn2+替代BaB2O4中Ba2+形成固溶体,不能将高温相BaB2O4稳定到室温,证实了“经验函数关系式”的预测结果。

Abstract: The binary systems BaB2O4-ZnO and BaB2O4-CdO have been studied by means of DTA and X-ray diffraction in order to study that the phase transition of BaB2O4 is affected by Zn2+,Cd2+. There exists a new compoundliaCdB2O5 inBaB2O4-CdO system,the BaCdB2O5 meits congruently at 785±3℃. In BaB2O4-ZnO system a new compound BaZn3B2O7 is formed by peritectic reaction at 903±3℃. The experiments show that Zn2+ doesnot affect the phase transition of BaB2O4,and comfirm the forecast of the "Experimental Fuction Formula".
