镧系元素光化学 Ⅳ 铁和铈对光还原分离铕的影响

摘要: 本文在水溶液中以1:1HCOOH~HCOONa做自由基清除剂,Na2SO4做光还原产物Eu2+沉淀剂,研究了杂质铁和含量变化对光还原分离铕的影响,并用紫外光谱证明了体系中是光反应生成的Fe和Ce4+对发生氧化,致使Eu2+光还原生成Eu2+速度减慢,铕的收率下降。

Abstract: In this paper, the influences of iron and cerium on the yield and induction time of photoreduction europium arc investigated using low pressure mercury lamp(20W) as the light source, the mixture of formic acid and sodium formate as scavenger for OH radical and sodium sulfate as precipitating agent for europium(Ⅱ). The results of ultraviolet spectra show that the iron(Ⅱ) and ccrium(Ⅲ) can be oxidized to iron(Ⅲ) and ccrium(IV) in the photochemical process. The europium (Ⅱ) is oxidized by iron (Ⅲ) and cerium (IV) formed in this system. So that, the yield of photoreduction europium decreases and the induction time of photochemical process increases respectively with increasing iron(Ⅲ) and cerium (Ⅲ) concentrations in the solu tion to be radiated and the increasing of concentrations of sodium sulfatc, formic acid and sodium formate can retard the influences of iron and cerium on photoreduction europium
