| STUDIES ON METAL-COMPLEXES OF SCHIFF BASES CONTAINING SULFUR I. |

| 摘要: 合成了三种含硫希夫碱配体,10种相应的金属配合物.对所合成的化合物进行了元素分析、电子光谱、红外光谱分析,对有代表性的化合物还进行了1HNMR和质谱分析,对配合物辅以电导、磁化率测定.从而确定了它们的分子结构式.对某些配合物进行了生物活性、载氧试验的研究,得到了初步的结论. |

| Abstract: Three Schiff bases containing sulfur, S-methyl-β-n-(o-chlorobenzaldehydeidcne)-dithiocarbazate, S-methyl-β-n-(o-furaldehydcidene)-dithiocarbazate, S-methyl-β-n-(o-acetylpyridinene)-dithiocarbazate and their ten complexes with Co(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ), Zn(Ⅱ)have been prepared. The structures both of these ligands and complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, electronic spectra, MS, 1H-NMR and specific conductance, magnetic measurement. With these complexes, we preliminarily examined the biological activity and for two cobalt(Ⅱ)complexes, we also studied their ability of carrying oxygen. |
