摘要: Ferrozine,即3-(2-吡啶基)-5,6-双(4-苯磺酸)-1,2,4-三嗪,简写成Fz.作为一种灵敏的Fe光度试剂,广泛用于生物体系和一般材料中Fe的分析.在反应过程中Fe(Ⅱ)和Fz生成FeFz3.但至今对其相互作用的机理尚不十分清楚.本文应用连续变化法研究它们之间的相互作用. |

Abstract: Application of the continuous variation method for determining stoichiometry and binding mechanism to Fe-Fz systems has been treated. The results were analyzed according to three plausible models. Computer analysis revealed that the machanismis most consistent with a strong cooperativity. |
