STUDY OF THE CATALYTIC ACTIVITIES OF THE MODEL COMPOUNDS FOR Cu, Zn-SOD IN O2- DISPROPORTIONATION |

摘要: 为了解Cu,Zn-SOD酶结构和功能关系。尤其是Cu周围四位构型对催化O2-歧化活性的影响,本文用NBT法测定了Cu,Zn-SOD酶和两个Cu-im-Zn模型配合物及相应单核Cu(Ⅱ)配合物催化O2-歧化的活性,结果表明不同咪唑桥联方式和不同配位构型的化合物催化O2-歧化的活性明显不同。其中以咪唑桥在四方锥底平面位置的[(dtma)Cu(im)Zn(dtma)ClO4·2.5H2O及其相应单核CU(Ⅱ)化合物比对应的咪唑桥在四方锥锥顶位置的[(tricn)Cu(im)Zn(tricn)](ClO4)3·H2O及其有关化合物有更高的催化活性。 |

Abstract: In order to elucidate the relationship between the structure and function of the active center of Cu, Zn-SOD, the biological activity catalyzing disproportionation of O2-of two new model compounds of the Cu, Zn-SOD,[(dtma)Cu(im)Zn(dtma)]ClO4·2.5H2O and[(trien)Cu(im)Zn(trien)](ClO4)3·H2O, and a series of related complexes were determined by NBT method at PH=7.8 and PH=10.5, respcctively. The results indicate the magnitude of the activities is strongly dependent upon imidazolate-bridged modes and the coordination geometries of Cu(Ⅱ)in these complexes. The catalytic activity of[(dtma)Cu(im)Zn(dtma)]ClO4·2.5H2O,in which the bridging inlidazolatc occupied the plane position of the distorted tetragonal pyramid, is much higher than that of[(trien)Cu(im)Zn(trien)](ClO4)3·H2O, which the bridging imidazolate occupies the apical of the distorted tetrgonal pyramid. |
