| 摘要: 用凝胶电泳法、荧光分光光度法和圆二色谱研究了顺铂和反铂与人红细胞膜糖油白的作用.结果表明,顺铂在糖蛋白上的结合量明显高于反铂,顺铂对精蛋白构象的影响也大于反铂,这提示顺铂的抗癌作用可能与膜糖蛋白的作用有关. |

| Abstract: The interactions of cisplatin and transplatin with membrane glycoprotcins of human crythrocytc were studied by using SDS-PAGE and fluoresecnec spectrophotometry and cireular diehroism spectra. The results show that the amount of cisplatin is more than that of transplatin in glycoprotcins, and the influencc on the configuration of glycoproteins by cisplatin is bigger than that by transplatin.These results indicate that the anticancer action of cisplatin is relative to membrane glycoproteins possibly. |
