CaWO4荧光体的微波热法合成和光致发光
MICROWAVE HEATING SYNTHESIS OF CaWO4 PHOSPHOR AND ITS PHOTOLUMINESCENT PROPERTIES

摘要: 本文报道微波热法合成CaWO4荧光体,X射线粉末衍射分析确证为四方晶系,CaWO4:Pb0.01荧光体最大激发波长λex=266.0nm,最大发射波长λem=450.0nm,在254nm激发下,色坐标x=0.166,y=0.124,与市售同类荧光体比较,相对发光亮度86%,荧光体中心粒径D50为9.18μm,体积比表面SV为81931/cm。

Abstract: It isthe firstreport of using the microwave heating to synthesize powder crystal form CaWO4 phosphor whose structure isdetermined asa kind oftetragonal system by the X-ray powder diffraction. Its lattice parameters are a =0.5237nm,c=1. 1387nm. The phosphors have the maximun excitation spectra peaks at λex=266.0 nm,the maximun emission spectra peaks at λem=450.0 nm. Under 254.0 nm excitaion,the phosphor was measured by fluorophotometer,its luminescent of colour coodinate parameters are x=0.16 6,y=0.124 respectively.The phosphor CaWO4:Pb0.01 relative luminescentbrightness is about 86 % comparing with the same sort commercial phosphor. The particle size distribution wasmeasured by JWY laser particle size analyzer and itsmedium diameteris 9.18μm,its specific surface area is 8193(1/cm).
