八丁氧基萘酞菁钴(Ⅱ)的合成、表征和性质

摘要: 采用1,4-二丁氧基2,3-二氰基萘和无水氯化钴在1,8-二氮杂双环[5.4.0]十一-7烯(DBU)存在下,醇溶剂中加热回流,合成了尚未见报道的5,9,14,18,23,27,32,36-八丁氧基萘酞菁钴(Ⅱ)。并研究了溶剂种类、DBU与1,4-二丁氧基2,3-二氰基萘摩尔比、回流时间等因素对配合物产率的影响。对产物进行了元素分析、IR、UV-Vis光谱及TG和DTG的测定。

Abstract: 5,9,14,18,23,27,32,36-Octabutoxy 2,3-naphthalocyanine cobalt(Ⅱ) was synthesized by refluxing 1,4-dibutocynaphthalene-2,3-dicarbonnitrles with anhydrous cobalt chloride in alcohol solvents in the presence of 1,8-diazabicycio[5.4.0]-undec-7-ene(DBU). The mehtod has the advantage of simple procedure, mild reaction conditions and high yield. In addition, the product was purified easily. The effects of solvents, DBU/BNDN(mol. ratio) and reflux time on the yield of product were investigated. The product was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis. The thermol stability of (BuO)8NPcCo was studied by TG and DTG.
