摘要: 研究了一系列铈钼磷复合氧化物对甲苯选择性氧化制苯甲醛反应的催化性能。实验表明:当Ce∶Mo∶P比为2∶1∶0.2、温度为485℃、空气/甲苯为10时,反应活性最好。采用了XRD、IR、UV-DRS、XPS和其他技术对催化剂样品的组成、结构、表面状态及性质进行了表征。

Abstract: A series of Ce-Mo-P oxide catalysts with different Ce∶Mo∶P atomic ratio were prepared and applied to selective catalytic oxidation of toluene to benzaldehyde. The best catalytic activity result of 16.1% benzaldehyde yield can be obtained with Ce∶Mo∶P=2∶1∶0.2 sample when the measured temperature was 485℃, the air∶toluene ratio was 10. The structures and properties of the surfaces of catalysts were characterized by XRD、 IR、 UV-DRS、 XPS and other methods.
