磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4的制备及其催化氧化性能

摘要: 采用固相反应法制备磁载体(SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4),溶胶-凝胶法得到易于磁分离回收的磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4。用XRD、SEM、IR和UV-Vis等进行表征。研究了太阳光下催化剂对亚甲基蓝溶液的脱色性能。结果表明,在太阳光下,磁载光催化剂TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4可使亚甲基蓝溶液迅速脱色;3次循环使用后脱色率仍为95%以上,回收率为98.8%。

Abstract: TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4 have been successfully prepared by sol-gel method with magnetic core SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4 as matrix obtained by solid-phase reaction. These samples were characterized by IR, XRD, and UV-Vis, respectively. Photocatalytic activity of the catalyst was tested with methylene blue as decoloration sub-stance. The results show that this novel photocatalysts can make methylene blue solution decoloration quickly under sunlight; The decoloration efficiency of TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4 attains 95% and the recycle efficiency of TiO2/SiO2/Ni0.5Fe2.5O4 still keeps 98.8% after being used three times.
