Abstract: Carbon nanotube/zinc oxide(CNT/ZnO) nanocomposites were prepared by the hydrothermal reaction in view of potential photocatalytic applications for these nanocomposites. The study by SEM, TEM and XRD shows that homogeneous CNT/ZnO nanocomposites were synthesized successfully and the morphology of the composites was controllable by the adjustment of pH value during the hydrothermal reaction.
